INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Kronospan Italia S.r.l., based in San Vito al Tagliamento, via Bordano 10, tel. 0434.844211, as entity responsible for the processing of personal data (hereinafter “Data Controller”), issues this information to the party concerned (“Data Subject”) in compliance with European and Italian legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Data Controller processes personal data for different purposes:
1) Adopting pre-contractual measures required by the Data Subject such as, for example, sending information on products or services (including sending brochures, catalogues and/or other company information material) or a quote, as well as to fulfil the contractual and regulatory obligations connected to the commercial relationship and to pursue the legitimate interest in the correct management of the relationship, the verification of the solvency of the Data Subject and the management of any dispute: the legal basis of the processing is the need to pursue the
aforementioned purposes.
2) If the Data Subject becomes a Customer, using their email address also to transmit commercial communications containing information about products or services, as well as promotions or
invitations to events in which the Data Controller will participate: this purpose, deemed lawful by the regulations concerning this specific aspect, may be pursued even without the explicit consent of the Data Subject, who may, however, prevent such communications at the moment of providing the data or in any case thereafter.

Period of retainment of personal data
The Data Controller intends to process the data for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, and in particular:
 Should the Data Subject become a customer of the Data Controller, the data will be processed for the duration of the commercial relationship and, subsequently, for the fulfilment of any obligations connected with or deriving from the establishment of the same, for the period prescribed by the law and according to the limitation period of the rights arising from the business relationship, without prejudice to further retainment for the time necessary for the settlement (however reached) of any disputes that may have arisen.
 For the purpose referred to in point 2), the data will be processed for twenty-four months from the last purchase: the Data Subject may oppose the processing at any time.

Nature of the data provision and consequences of refusal
The provision of data for the Purposes mentioned in Point 1) is necessary, and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes. The provision of data for further purposes is optional: in its absence, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be entitled to pursue the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients
The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorised to process that data according to their respective duties, as well as to sales representatives, credit insurance companies, credit recovery companies, business information companies, factoring companies, consulting companies, business associations and/or organisations, professionals or service companies and public and private organisations, also following inspections and checks. Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organisation
Personal data will not be transferred to non-European countries or to international organisations.

Rights of the Data Subjects
Data Subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to cancel them or limit their processing if the right conditions are met, to oppose their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, and to obtain the portability of personally supplied data only if subject to automated processing based on consent or a contract. The Data Subjects also have the right to revoke their consent given for the relevant processing purposes, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of revocation. The Data Subjects have also the right to prevent the sending of the newsletter by writing to the address indicated below and may at any time request the interruption of the related service, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of the request. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Customer acknowledges that the provisions of the Privacy Law – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data, hereinafter “GDPR” – concern the processing of personal data relating to physical persons only, acquired and processed by the Supplier for the conclusion and execution of the Contract and are not applicable to data referring to companies, organisations and associations.

For the purposes of this Contract, the Supplier may process personal data concerning (i) the Customer, in the case of an individual company or professional, and/or in any case (ii) the representatives, officials, employees or collaborators of the Customer. The Customer declares to be aware, pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, that personal data communicated by the same for the conclusion and execution of the Contract is collected and processed by the Supplier, as Data Controller, exclusively for these purposes and for the related regulatory, administrative and accounting obligations, through appropriate methods and procedures (also computerised), through specially authorised internal staff and through external collaborators designated as controllers or authorised to carry out single operations of the same.

The Customer acknowledges that, with respect to personal data processed for the conclusion and execution of this Contract, the individual to whom the data refers (“Data Subject”) has the right of access, rectification, limitation, cancellation, portability and opposition (Articles 15-22 of the GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Privacy Authority. It is the responsibility of the Customer to guarantee the lawful usability of personal data regarding, by mere way of example, any of its representatives, officials, employees and collaborators, which is communicated to the Supplier for the purposes of concluding and executing the Contract and, in particular, the correct fulfilment of the disclosure obligations towards the Data Subjects as well as, where necessary, collection of their consent, as regards the processing of their personal data by the Supplier for the aforementioned purposes in the terms set out above.

The Customer also acknowledges that its email address will also be used to transmit commercial communications containing information on products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which the Supplier will participate: for this purpose, the data will be processed for twenty-four months after the last purchase, but the Customer can block communications at any time by writing to the address privacy@kronospan-italia.it. At the same address, the Customer can request further information on this processing.
